Gosfield School Celebrates GCSE Achievement and the Determination of its Students

Gosfield School is delighted to celebrate another year of GCSE results, reflecting the hard work, perseverance, and determination of its students. 

These achievements are a testament to the commitment shown by students throughout their GCSE studies and the support provided by Gosfield School’s dedicated staff. Through resilience, focus, and a willingness to embrace challenge, students have achieved results of which they can be immensely proud. 

Principal Rod Jackson shared his praise at the accomplishments of Gosfield School’s students.   

“The results achieved by Gosfield School’s students highlight the school’s commitment to delivering a well-rounded education that fosters intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and personal development. The school’s holistic approach nurtures each student’s individual strengths, allowing them to thrive academically and reach their full potential. “ 

Gosfield School’s students have excelled across a diverse range of subjects, and the 2026 GCSE results represent the highest percentage of pass grades in the post –Covid era, we are very proud of all of our students. 

Principal Rod Jackson expressed his gratitude to the teaching staff, saying, “The success of Gosfield School’s students would not have been possible without the unwavering dedication and expertise of their teachers and indeed all of the staff who went the extra mile to support and challenge our students in the classroom and beyond. The level of individual support given to students is simply amazing.” 

Parents have also praised the support their children received. One student’s parents commented, “We are extremely grateful for Mrs Shannon’s amazing support to get us where we are today.” Another remarked, “Sending my children to Gosfield School is the best decision I’ve ever made.” 

Gosfield School’s GCSE results continue to exemplify the school’s commitment to academic excellence, individual development, and fostering a lifelong passion for learning. The School remains dedicated to providing a nurturing environment that empowers students to achieve their aspirations and prepares them for future success. 

A small number of places remain open for Year 12 commencing in September.
