Head of Operations & Finance

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, innovative and dynamic Head of Operations and Finance to fulfil this key role within the school.

The role will provide hands-on overall leadership of the school’s operations and finance teams which include; Estates and Facilities, HR, MIS, IT Network, Finance, Retail and Health Safety and Compliance as well as contributing to the Marketing and Admissions strategy and delivery.

The successful applicant will report to the Principal and work with the Senior Leadership Team. You will have the ability, energy and enthusiasm to drive the School’s continuing operational and developmental improvements that make such a significant difference to the education and opportunities of our students and the wellbeing of our staff.

School Mini Bus Driver

We wish to appoint a Minibus Driver to safely transport children to and from School, collecting and dropping off at various points on a given route. You will need to be available Monday to Friday during the school term time to work for two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon. Flexibility to undertake additional, ad hoc driving work during the School day for fixtures, trips and other purposes is an advantage. Applicants must possess a D1 category licence and a CPC Licence.

This is a permanent contract for 20 hours per week and includes 4.4 weeks holiday pay. The contract is for 20 hours per week, 34 weeks per year (term time only) paid in 12 monthly instalments, plus any overtime on an ad hoc basis.

Cleaner Required

15 hours per week, Monday to Friday term time. Occasional extra hours for events and holiday cleaning.

The caretakers and cleaning team as a whole are responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the school. Each cleaner will be responsible for an area and will be expected to clean to the frequency and standard set out, at the direction of the Cleaning Supervisor and Estates Manager, cleaning staff will clean other areas as required.
