About Gosfield School | Boarding

Boarding

Every pupil belongs to one of our three houses - Nevill, Tudor or Woodstock - in a balanced mix of seniors and juniors, boys and girls, boarders and day pupils. There is no artificial split between boarders and day pupils during the school day.

And when boarders go upstairs in the evening, they enjoy a genuine family atmosphere with their house parents. Our boarders sleep in comfortably furnished bedrooms, not dormitories - an important distinction - and the level of care they receive is exceptional.

There is a growing need for day pupils to board occasionaly. Male and female pupils may stay in the evening to complete prep sessions and dine with the boarders. Parents may collect their children anytime up until 8pm. Male pupils also have the option to stay for the evening and attend school as normal the next day.
